Adults can also get their money’s worth out of their training.
Whether you are a beginner with an interest in starting gymnastics or an athlete with a lot of gymnastics experience, everyone is welcome.
The training is designed to be flexible, meaning that we usually do a joint warm-up and stretch and then set up the equipment as requested. The session involves a mixture of strength and fitness training and learning gymnastics skills on the high bar, floor, vault, beam, parallel bars and rings.
Of course, a coach will also be on hand to offer help and advice, but they will also join in with the gymnastics.
