Adult swimming (ages 16 and older)
This is relaxed, non-competitive lane swimming for adults who can already swim. Everyone swims at their own pace. A coach is available at the poolside for tips and support with improving swimming techniques.

- Swimming goggles (optional)
- €1 coin for the locker
- Hair tie for long hair
