Yin Yoga

In this 60-minute gentle yoga session, deep-lying connective tissue and muscles, fascia, tendons, and ligaments are stretched using the force of gravity through prolonged holding of asanas (body postures).

This yoga style is calm, passive, and meditative as a pose can be held for up to 5 minutes, allowing for comprehensive flexibility development. It is mainly practiced in a seated or lying position.

Yin Yoga promotes body awareness, relaxation, letting go, and the regeneration of body, mind, and soul. It is a perfect way to gently arrive in your body after a long day at work.

Restorative Yoga takes into account the current level of elasticity of the respective body structure. Therefore, please bring a blanket, if available a yoga block, a bolster, or a cushion to this session to support your body optimally in each pose.

No prior yoga experience is necessary to start with Yin Yoga.

Yoga Vinyasa Flow

Our yoga teacher offers a 60-minute yoga session in the Vinyasa Flow style.

This yoga style is a rather athletic practice that promotes flexibility, strength, and endurance on a physical level.

On a mental level, the connection of breath and movement, as well as relaxation exercises, make it easier to disconnect from the workday, reduce stress, train body awareness, and find inner balance.

In this holistic yoga style, the focus is on physically flowing movements, which are practiced in different variations of difficulty.

The asanas (body postures) are individually adjusted by the teacher, allowing both beginners, intermediates, and advanced practitioners to participate.

Thus, regardless of physical fitness, anyone can join at any time.
