Artistic gymnastics for children and teenagers (ages 6 to 18)

We offer competition-oriented artistic gymnastics as part of our recreational sports programme. Children and young people who enjoy gymnastics are welcome, whether they are learning their first forward roll or can already perform a flick-flack. Training combines apparatus-specific exercises with general gymnastics and fundamental skills. Alongside learning new elements, we focus on physical fitness, good posture, body control and proper technique. The goal is to prepare participants for the German Federal Youth Games in artistic gymnastics, our internal end-of-school-year competition and various individual and team competitions in Berlin. Important: Regular participation on both training days is expected.
